ÉFOSZ: Information on the food and beverage industry in 2011
In 2010, agricultural producer prices rose by 16.8 percent, while food prices on domestic sales decreased by 1.1 percent, while consumer food prices, also showed an increase of 3.2 percent.
According to ÉFOSZ (National Association of Food Processors), The volume in food and mixed retail-food stores sales decreased by 2.1 percent in 2010, over the same period of the previous year and reached the level of 3,317 billion HUF.
