An educational campaign was launched to promote conscious alcohol consumption
The Hungarian Spirit Industry Association and Product Council, with the support of spiritsEUROPE, continued its educational campaign called “Minimum alcohol, maximum enjoyment” launched last year to promote conscious alcohol consumption.
This year’s three-month summer campaign was joined by Marci Miskovits and Dávid Katz with their own video content, so three videos were made on the topic, which became available on the online interfaces of Italmérték and on the content producers’ own channels. The purpose of the video content produced at popular summer concert and festival venues was to initiate an active, real dialogue on the topic of responsible, conscious alcohol consumption, as well as to convey the educational information and the Minimum alcohol, maximum enjoyment message in an authentic, relevant, relaxed, informal manner. in style. The videos generated a total of more than 40,000 views over the course of the summer.
“We have behind us a very successful campaign that achieved its goal, i.e. it succeeded in mobilizing not only young adults, but also the older age group and encouraging them to consume alcohol more consciously. This is supported by the fact that the video content compiled from interviews by Marci Miskovits and Dávid Katz produced tens of thousands of hits on online platforms and hundreds of people participated in the social media challenge. We raffled off pairs of Balaton Sound tickets and Jegy.hu vouchers among the participants, thus encouraging them to have a conscious and at the same time maximally enjoyable partying.”
– summarized the results of the campaign András Nagy, director of the Hungarian Spirit Industry Association and Product Council.
