Sweet female reign at McCafé

There is female domination at the country's largest coffee chain. Ninety percent of the workers behind the counter are women. Among the 200 employees of the 33 domestic McCafés, there are only seventeen men.

According to Paszicsnyek Emőke, the coffee expert of McCafé: "The ladies are especially attentive to the guests. In addition, the strength of the female staff is, that they can focus on several things at the same time."
The McCafes are located within the McDonald's restaurants, waiting their guests with coffeehouse atmosphere and premium quality, sustainable coffee. The 100 percent Arabica coffees are offered in porcelain cups. Also freshly squeezed orange juices and warm crunchy sandwiches are waiting for the guests.
