Danube fish dishes at the Bream Festival

Danube fish dishes will await the audience of the Bátai Bream Festival on Saturday. The cultural and culinary program will be held for the tenth time in the village.

During the fish cooking competition of the festival roasts and fish soup will be made from about two hundred kilogrammes of fish; carp and bream – Sütő Renáta organizer told MTI.

It is not a requirement tha only fish from the Danube can be used at the contest, but mostly the raw material of the fish dishes is Danube fish – she added. (MTI)
