Dreher Breweries: jobs and 46 billion government revenue

Ernst & Young’s survey examined the effect of Dreher Breweries Ltd., on the Hungarian economy. According to the survey, the company allocates 46 billion HUF to the Hungarian state through taxes and contributions.

Dreher Breweries Ltd., the Hungarian subsidiary of SABMiller, is a major player of the Hungarian economy. Beside the state revenue, its presence on the labor market is also positive, since its own network of suppliers and partners creates 13,700 jobs. The participation on the labor market can also be expressed in value-added price. The total added value is estimated at 31 billion HUF.
