We don’t trust mobile payment yet
Despite that fact that most smartphones are already equipped with an NFC chip, a representative survey conducted by GKI Economic Research Zrt. in July 2017 revealed that only 25 percent of Hungarians would like to pay with their smartphones in a shop. 43 percent of debit card owners would pay with their smartphones too and 63 percent of PayPass users would do the same. In Hungary only MKB, Gránit Bank and OTP Bank offer mobile wallet services at the moment. //
