Design Contest on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the introduction of the strawberry cake and the barcode
The GS1 Magyarország nonprofit organization is celebrating with an EperCode named strawberry cake and announces a design contest on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the introduction of barcode. GS1 Magyarország nonprofit organization was founded thirty years ago.
“Forty years ago, on this day the first bar code was read for the first time from a chewing gum in the city of Troy, Ohio” – Patvaros Boglárka, Chief Operating Officer GS1 Magyarország quoted the historic event at the ceremony in Budapest on Thursday. The anniversary cake called EperCode was made by Auguszt József confectionery. (MTI)
