Digitisation and experience: the future of the industry
IBM did a survey among product manufacturers, examining the effects of the latest technological innovations. According to 63 percent of respondents, the market competition isn’t taking place between companies any more: the biggest challenger is now industry 4.0, the technologies of which include the Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, 3D printing and artificial intelligence-using cognitive informatics. //
