Dietetics: 76 percent of children are aware of how much milk they should consume
According to last year’s survey, 76 percent of children are aware of the amount of milk and dairy products they should consume, but only half the amount needed is consumed – Csengeri Lilla, Associate of the Hungarian Association of Dietetics told M1 news channel on Friday.
According to a communications officer, for example 40 percent of children drink yogurt only a few times a week, and even 25 percent of them do not know that cottage cheese, kefir and fruit yoghurt are also dairy products. (MTI)
