The victory of Hungarian bakers
The Sigep Bread Cup was organised for the fourth time in Rimini, by the Club Arti Meistieri. The Hungarian national team took part for the third time and last year won a cup in the innovative bread category. This year's success exceeded all the expectatio
The Hungarian team had an overwhelming success: received first prize at innovative bread, cakes and decor categories also. Their innovative bread was made with wheat germ,
garlic and herbs. Beside the first prize of the cakes category the folded dough with butter, Tokaji wine foam spent birssel, nuts, caramel and garnished with aszú soaked grapes, received a Special Prize also.
The winner of the decor category became Tukacs Roland, whose bread sculpture was a great sensation among the competitors – reports szabadfold.hu., after gazdakor.szie.hu.
