Seattle-based master pastry chef Jessica Wang, who studied the profession in Paris and worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants, calls her tasting menu dessert omakase (we’ve discussed what omakase is more than once). The concept is called Hédonisme – after seeing the film, it is very apt!
