Deloitte: the summer tax package may bring significant relief to exporters outside the EU
The summer tax package for exporters outside the European Union can bring significant administrative simplification – Deloitte points out.
The advisory firm outlines in its announcement that at the moment, outside the EU territory, the exit authority has to certify that the products have left the EU for VAT purposes. However, on the basis of the proposed amendment to the Parliament, not only the exit authority but also the export authority (the customs office at which the export declaration is submitted) would be able to apply the VAT exemption.
