The Danubius Hotels Group expects a further strengthening in conference tourism this year

According to the data of the Hungarian Tourist Agency (MTÜ), a further strengthening in conference tourism is expected this year.

Last year, this segment expanded 27 percent. The number of Hungarian and international organized events held in Hungary amounted to 3598 in 2016, while the number of such conferences was only 2819 in 2015 – the Danubius Hotels Group told MTI on Tuesday. (MTI)
