A culinary trip to Bologna
Next spring the Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI) and Coninvest Kft. will organise a trip to Emilia-Romagna, to discover the Italian region’s culinary treasures. The tour will take place on 18-22 April 2018 and the programme will include a visit to the Carpigiani group’s ice cream university, Universitá del Gelato, to the world’s biggest food industry park Eataly and to the Lamborghini factory and museum. More information about the trip will be available in December. //
