The 21st Csabai Sausage Festival begins on Thursday

The four-day 21st Csabai Sausage Festival begins on Thursday. The 40,000 square meter “sausage city” was built near the city sports hall.

Hégelyné Győrfi Ilona, Program Director, told MTI that the festive opening ceremony and the results of the International Dry Sausage Culinary Competition will be on Thursday at 6 pm, but the programs will start in the morning. From 10 am 250 students will take part in the youth sausage preparation competition.
