Indonesia is the world’s third biggest cocoa producer, but the sector is struggling with many problems – some of which could be solved with the help of AI technology.

Java-based cocoa company Cocoa Teaching and Learning Industry (CTLI) – they produce 50 tonnes of cocoa a year – did exactly this, smartening up the production with digital solutions, e.g. wireless machine control systems, in which AI analyses the data from sensors for the best roasting results. //
