Zwack Unicum’s profits fell, but it was higher than planned
In the first quarter of 2017-2018, the Zwack Unicum Nyrt. achieved a profit of 422 million forints, which is 20.7 percent lower than the 532 million forints of the previous year, but significantly higher than planned – the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) published on its website.
According to the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) report, the company’s gross income was 5.273 billion forints, 0.6 percent below the previous year’s. Net sales (excluding excise and public health products tax) amounted to 3,242 billion forints, 2.6 percent (81 million forints) higher than in the base period. (MTI)
