Worldwide sales of smartphones declined
In the second quarter, only the five largest manufacturers were able to increase their smartphone sales, but global market turnover declined overall, according to an analysis of the US International Data Corporation (IDC) IT and telecommunications market research company.
In the second quarter, 341.6 million smartphones were sold on the world market, 1.3 percent less than a year before and 0.8 percent less than in the first quarter.
