Retail sales declined in Slovakia
Retail sales decreased by nearly 3 percent in Slovakia in 2011 to 17,500 million euros – shows the analysis of Postová Banká.
The decline was detected in almost all segments of retail trade. Retail sales only grew in the segment of the computing and audiovisual goods market (5.5 percent traffic growth) as well as in the culture and leisure segment (2.6 percent increase in turnover). (MTI)
