Retail sales decreased in Germany
Instead of the expected a growth, retail sales in Germany decreased in March, in a monthly comparision.
The German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) on Monday announced that retail sales fell by 0.6 percent, compared to February when a 0.7 percent decline was registered.
Experts expected a growth of 0.8 percent in March.
On a yearly basis, retail sales in March grew 1.3 percent, just as in February. (MTI)
