The June Purchasing Manager Index decreased
The Purchasing Manager Index (PMI) shows a slowdown in growth, its seasonally adjusted vakue in June was 54.4 points, compared with the 57.9 points in May – the Hungarian Logistics, Purchasing and Stocking Company (MLBKT) told MTI on Monday.
Compared to earlier Junes, this year’s value exceeds the long-term June average of 52.5 points and exceeds the 54.1 point average of the past three years.
All of the sub-indices examined in the survey were reduced. However, the value of the employment index was again above 50.0 points for the first time for two months. (MTI)
