The proportion of empty shops reduces in the downtown
The proportion of empty shops reduces in the main shopping streets of the downtown: in and around the Váci Street and its in the Andrássy Avenue and in the central part of the Grand Boulevard in the summer of 2011.
According to the study of Ecorys Hungary; vacancy in the downtown retail shops area decreased from last year's 14.4% to 12.7%. In the Andrássy Avenue this ratio is: from 21% to 19%, in the Váci street from 7.5% to 6.5%, while in the Teréz Boulevard from 8.5% to 5% – reports portfolio.hu.
