The court ordered bankruptcy proceedings against the Palóc Nagykereskedelmi Kft.
The Tribunal of Balassagyarmat ordered bankruptcy proceedings against the Salgótarján-based Palóc Nagykereskedelmi Kft. – was published on Friday on the website of the Company Gazette.
The court designated the Budapest-based Pro Bonum Gazdaságszervező Kft. for assets management.
The order includes that the existing creditors must report their claims to the debtor within 30 days and to the assets manager. (MTI)
