Pastry roll wins star

The bakery of Bonbonier Chocolate Manufaktúra has won a star at the Great Taste Awards, with its puff pastry roll made with caramelised cinnamon and apple. After winning twenty chocolate and three ice cream awards, the bakery division of the company has now also been recognised with the international prize. The competition is organised by the Guild of Fine Food in the UK and in 2024 products were nominated in 37 categories.
