Richárd Csillag finished 4th at the Young Chef World Cup
Mexico City was the host of the Young Chef World Cup, which was organised by international association Chaine des Rotisseurs in October.
Richárd Csillag, the young chef Lokal47 (Kéthely) finished 4th in the competition. Contestants had to prepare a 3-course menu for 4 in 3.5 hours. METRO Gastro Academy was the main sponsor of Mr Csillag’s preparation for the world cup. //
