The food prices can decline by 10-15 percent in the Czech Republic
10-15 percent reduction in average food prices is expected in the Czech Republic, if the food excesses of the EU countries reach the Czech market, ue to the Russian embargo – the Czech Chamber of Food (PK) found in its analysis.
“If we will not consistently monitor the market, and do not prevent the import of food products at dumping prices, the food prices in the Czech Republic may decline by 10 to 15 percent on average,” – said Dana Vecerová, the spokesperson of the Czech Chamber of Food (PK) told reporters on Monday in Prague.
