In July only plant-based foods were on the menu at the Billie Eilish concerts in Manchester’s Co-op Live Arena, reducing the food-related emissions of the events by 47%.

Billie Eilish’s plant-based menu reduced emissions at Manchester’s Co-Op Live arena by nearly 50 per cent

Eliminating animal products also resulted in saving 3.5 million litres of water. According to James Hart, a chef at Co-op Live Arena, the audience received the entirely plant-based menu with great enthusiasm, so the venue plans to introduce even more plant-based dishes in the future.
