Problems with the service background

The majority of the vendors have changed their cash registers into online cash machines. Cuurntly 151 thousand onmline cash registers can be found in the country.

When sometimes the new online cash registers need to be repaired, due to some malfunctions there are problems sometimes with the service background. Currently five thousand complaints are registered, where the repairs could not be done on site. The problem is that because of the tight deadlines, the introduction of the devices was difficult, and the total capacity of the distributors, was tied down, so the service background still could not live up to the task. The most problems arise when providing replacement equipment.
