McDonald’s decided about a five billion HUF disinvestment at its Hungarian subsidiary. The company said in connection with the news that it is only temporary, and will raise the level of the original share capital within weeks – portfolio.hu wrote.

The disinvestment is done from the company’s capital reserves and affects the share capital only temporarily. The company’s goal is to stimulate growth and to further strengthen the McDonald’s brand in Hungary – the company added. (portfolio.hu)
