For the seventh time METRO Gastro Academy is looking for the “Clean Chef of the Year” with a contest held for both amateur and professional chefs.

This year only seasonal ingredients can be used and there will be some mandatory ones as well. Free-from Only seeks to raise awareness of the importance of an allergen-free, healthy diet and to show that it is possible to eat delicious meals in a varied diet without allergens: all the dishes and desserts prepared in the competition are gluten-, sugar- and dairy-free and vegan. //
