Consumer protection awareness was improved in the fourth quarter of 2017 and confidence in retailers also became slightly stronger compared to the previous quarters – tozsdeforum.hu quotes the current values of the Consumer Protection Index.
According to the index’s developer the CP Consumer Consumer Advisor, the data showed a sharp drop in the number of complaints in connection with shoes clothing and phone services, but more people complained about the Internet services. (tozsdeforum.hu)
