Coop: food donation to 6,362 children with special needs
The Coop Aid Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources supports the meal of 6,400 children with special needs all across the country. The 15 million HUF worth food aid donations will be transported by Coop’s Aid Truck to all districts of the country in March.
“The nearly 70-ton, 108 pallets and 15 million HUF worth donated food will be delivered to all counties in March. With the support of the children public institutions, our aim is to draw attention to the importance of supporting disadvantaged children with special needs, of which we want to show an example to other companies for additional help.”- Csepeli Lajos, Chairman of the Board at the CO-OP Hungary Zrt. told at the Kossuth Lajos Children's Home in the 11th district, at the press conference combined with the handover of donations.
