Cofidis: Consumer loans and personal loans were the most popular last year
Consumer loans and personal loans were the most popular products of the credit market in 2016 – according to a recent national representative survey of Cofidis that was sent to MTI on Tuesday.
Last year, 18 percent of the population took a loan, of which 5 percent took consumer loans and 4 percent personal loans. This is a slight change, compared to the previous year.
A decrease can be detected in the number of those who are repaying housing loans by examining data from the past five years: 16 percent of the total population has home loans currently, while this figure in 2012 was 20 percent. (MTI)
