Coface: The fifth of consumers do not pay
According to the survey of the Coface Hungary; in the Hungarian business life, 20 percent of the customers could pay, but do not want to, 30 percent do not pay due to administrative errors, while the other half have temporary or permanent funding problems
The company dealing with firm information, claims management and credit insurance, scans 50 thousands companies annually. Four percent of these are not creditable, 3 percent is under liquidation.
Typical phenomenon that the multinational companies pay only on demand and after the time limit. 2.7 percent of the accounts will never be profitable, but in spite of the considerable delays, only 2 percent of the Hungarian companies are buying firm informations, compared to the 10 percent rate of the Western firms – reports MTI.
