Coca-Cola CUP: high school girls love to play football more and more
The amateur high school football championships, the Coca-Cola CUP began its third season. The Tournament taking place under the professional supervision of the Hungarian Football Association.
This year more than ever, young people came forward, a total of 8052 person, so the number of players increased by 20 percent, compared to the previous year. Especially good news is that among high school girls football is becoming more and more popular in football. 2581 girls entered to the competition, 800 more than in the previous season. For the 2014/2015 Coca-Cola CUP season 831 amateur football teams submitted entries: 583 boys and 248 girls teams.
