Chatbots, automation and paperlessness – the Hungarian WHC Group is also at the forefront of HR digitization at the European level
The Hungarian WHC Group has been using professional artificial intelligence solutions in its communication processes for years. A few months ago, the company introduced its latest chatbot, which facilitates the coordination of workers from abroad and the daily contact with them. In addition, the company is at the forefront of the use of electronic signatures in labor processes, both domestically and at the European level, which it has now almost completely automated.
According to forecasts, the value of the global HR technology market will reach $36 billion within five years. This year, solutions related to the hybrid work environment, cloud-based systems, recruitment technologies, artificial intelligence, automation of labor processes and paperless (electronic document management) are expected to take the lead in the field of digital transformation in HR.
The Hungarian WHC Group, which employs nearly 5,000 people (the vast majority of them temporary workers), has been using artificial intelligence-based chatbot solutions in the field of internal employee communication for years, which relieves significant burdens from colleagues managing labor processes.
The company is also constantly looking for automation and digital solutions that optimize HR processes. One of their latest developments – after the introduction of the electronic signature of commercial contracts – was the integration into the labor and HR processes, the aim of which was to optimize the time and costs of the processes, thereby increasing the satisfaction of colleagues, and facilitating the administration of temporary employees. This makes WHC a leader in the use of electronic signatures in labor processes in Hungary and Europe.
