The VIMOSZ-MVI-Edutus project is about to reach its goal
The pilot of the National Association of Tourism and Hospitality Employers (VIMOSZ), the Hungarian Hospitality Industry Board (MVI) and Edutus University “Complex employment programs aimed at creating a balance between work and private life for those who work in the hospitality and hotel industry, as well as related atypical employment practices” is coming to an end presentation within the framework of the GINOP project.
The highlight of the final phase of the project was the event entitled “Conference on the labor market situation of accommodation services and catering – Results of the sectoral project aimed at stimulating atypical employment -” held on September 7, 2022, which can also be viewed online via social portals.
The targeted labor market problems in the sector make it significantly more difficult to maintain the quality level of accommodation and hospitality units. The tender focuses on complex employment programs that offer a partial solution to the labor shortage and aim to create a balance between work and private life, including the expansion of the use of atypical employment in the sector. The purpose of the development was to collect good practices supporting flexible employment in the field of accommodation and catering services, as well as to implement individual good practices and new training programs within the framework of a pilot project.
