Tesco disproves
The Union of Independent Commercial Workers will turn to the labor affairs court to gain equal pay to all Tesco workers – stated Magyar Nemzet. Tesco disproves; equal treatment is the principle at the company.
According to the company's communication; Tesco Global Stores Ltd. is Hungary's largest private employer; employing a staff of nearly 22 thousand.
Tesco points out, that the company creates nearly 2,000 new jobs each year and over the past Christmas season, provided jobs for a further 800 people, whom 600 people are still employed.
Tesco provides the same treatment in the area of wage developments and in the area of fringe benefits, to all 22 000 employees.
