Budapest, Héviz, Hajdúszoboszló are Hungary's most popular cities

According to preliminary datas of the Central Statistical Office – on the basis of the number of guest nights spent in commercial accommodations by foreign and domestic tourists – the most popular Hungarian city is still Budapest.

Similar to the recent years, Héviz is the second, third is Hajdúszoboszló, while Siófok is the fourth and Bük is the fifth. In the year of the economic crisis, traffic increased in only Zalakaros and Sárvár in the top 10 popular cities of Hungary.
Among the top 10 municipalities, Bük improved one place. Sárvár is getting increasingly popular on the health tourism market, overtaking Debrecen on the tenth place – reports penzcentrum.hu.
