Budai Gyula: no reason to combine meat plants
The domestic meat plants have their own products, brands and markets, so it is not appropriate that the state-municipally owned companies to deliver closer cooperation – Budai Gyula Minister of State told Magyar Hírlap.
As Budai Gyula told to thenewspaper, the government is determined to save jobs at risk, and to stabilize the domestic meat industry and to shift the companies towards economical operation. In order to reach this goal local governments of three cities (Pápa, Gyula and Kaposvár) have also received money from the state, which can be used freely in order to achieve the mentioned objectives.
