Budai Gyula: The Hungarian goose industry may strengthen its position in Taiwan

There is a high demand for waterfowl meat in Taiwan, where the Hungarian companies can find a good market – Budai Gyula Ministerial Commissioner told MTI by telephone on Thursday.

Budai Gyula told that a severe avian influenza pandemic struck Taiwan, causing the death of the substantial part of the poultry stock. Thus, an increase occured in the demand for water fowl meat, which is good opportunity for the Hungarian companies to place their products on the Taiwan market. (MTI)
