Budai Gyula: other Hungarian wines have place on the Japanese market in addition to the Tokaji wines
The most famous Hungarian wine is Tokaji in Japan. A significant amount is purchased from Tokaji in the Far Eastern island country, but several other high-quality Hungarian wines also have a place in the local market – Budai Gyula ministerial commissioner told MTI on Tuesday.
Budai Gyula told that Japan is the largest buyer market of the Hungarian food products outside Europe, therefore it is important that Hungary represents itself with a separate stand for the second time this year at the 41st FoodexJapan food exhibition. At Asia's largest food exhibition, 3 thousand exhibitors from 79 countries will introduce their offer, including 15 Hungarian companies. (MTI)
