British sandwich factory: “We recruit not only Hungarians”
On Monday, one of the largest food company in the UK denied that they recruit only Hungarian labor force to their UK-based sandwich factory.
The Irish-owned Greencore, which produces 430 million sandwiches a year for the largest British supermarket networks is building its new factory in Northampton with a 30 million pounds investment.
The Daily Mail conservative British newspaper known for its EU and anti-immigration opinions reported on Monday that the Greencore is recruiting 300 Hungarian workers to its Northampton plant that will open in 2016 because the locals were not interested for the job ads. (MTI)
