British ministers: A quarter of companies have not been fully prepared for the new trading system
Less than a quarter of British companies consider themselves fully prepared for the change in trade regulations between Britain and the European Union from next year – the head of the cabinet office coordinating the work of the British government said on Wednesday.
Michael Gove, who is also responsible for leading the preparations for the failure of the bilateral free trade agreement, said in a briefing to the House of Commons in London that as Britain exits the EU’s single internal market and customs union, trade rules will change by the end of the year, one hundred days after its expiration.
