British Christmas, with two and a half billion pounds of unwanted gifts
Almost two and a half a billion pounds worth Christmas gifts were given to the British in 2011, that they do not need.
According to a national survey, published by the conservative Daily Mail on Monday; this Christmas all British adults received an average of two gift packs that did not cause joy in a value of an average of 48.41 pounds. The total value of the wryly received Christmas gifts this year – according to the survey amounted to 2.4 billion pounds (880 billion HUF) – reports MTI.
