Brand Finance Food: these are the most valuable food brands of 2023
The Brand Finance brand evaluation consultant has once again compiled the Brand Finance Food 100 list of food companies.
The world’s most valuable food brand is currently Nestlé, which has a value of 22.4 billion dollars, i.e. more than HUF 7,900 billion. In second place is a Chinese dairy company, Yili, with a brand value of $12.4 billion. The American chip manufacturer Lay’s, which is a subsidiary of PepsiCo, came in third place with $11.1 billion. The list also includes well-known brand names such as the French Danone and the American Kellogg.
The Healthy Choice brand achieved the largest annual growth on the list, with an expansion of 190 percent, which took it to 82nd place in 2023.
In order to be included in the list of 100, the brand name must have a value of at least 920 billion dollars, i.e. 370 billion forints. Nielson was the last company to reach this level.
