The product categories of High Quality Food are being expanded
The number of product categories of the Excellent Quality Food mark may soon be expanded – the National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) announced to MTI on Monday.
According to the announcement, the trademark, which is increasingly popular among manufacturers and consumers, can be awarded to 50 types of products in 14 categories, including dairy products, meat products, baked goods, fresh, processed and quick-frozen vegetables, and fruit.
133 products currently have trademark usage rights, of which 113 are manufactured by their manufacturers, and 20 are retail branded food products, they added.
The Chamber is continuously working with the Association of Responsible Food Producers (FÉSZ) with Élbc (Food Chain Nonprofit Center Nonprofit) Kft. on the creation of new calls for tenders, in the near future the range of products for long-lasting pastries made from enriched dough, cucumbers, rice, breadcrumbs and pumpkins can be opened. possibility – they wrote.
