Bottles as decoration
The National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) has informed that Act 68 of 2016 on Excise Tax doesn’t regulate the refilling of bottles that used to contain excisable products with non-excisable liquids, in order to use them as decoration. However, it is very important that such bottles must be visibly different and have to be separated from the products which are to be sold. //
