Wine success in Japan
The Bodrogkeresztúr-based Dereszla winery has participated with four wines at the Sakura Wine Award wine competition in Japan.
The Bodrogkeresztúr-based Dereszla winery won four gold medals with its wines – Kalocsai László, head of the winery told Világgazdaság. In addition to the 2010 Aszú, a dry and a semi-dry furmint, as well as the increasingly popular Kabar wine, which became increasingly popular in the Tokaj wine region, but still rarely cultivated were entered into the competition. The latter earned a double gold recognition in Japan that is called a Grand Gold in Hungary. (vg.hu)
