The Wine Guide of the Ister-Granum Euroregion has been published
The Ister-Granum European Territorial Cooperation Group has published a guidebook on the Hungarian and Slovakian wineries near Esztergom– the organization's project manager told MTI on Thursday.
Eck András informed that in the publication typically family farms and cellars with wine tasting opportunities are presenting themselves from both sides of the border.
The Ister-Granum Euroregion can be found on the Hungarian-Slovak border, the the two-thirds of it Hungary, while one third in Slovakia, approximately 35 kilometers around Esztergom. The Ister-Granum EGTC currently has 81 members, 41 local governments in Hungary and 40 local governments in Slovakia with a population of 170 thousand people. (MTI)
